Give the second day a different rhythm
Use day one for the museum, skyline and Najdi dinner route. On day two, choose an outdoor break at Sports Boulevard’s Wadi Hanifah destination and an exhibition that interests you at JAX. This is a flexible city break, not a checklist of every landmark.
Put the museum on the right day
The National Museum is closed on Sunday and opens in the afternoon on Friday. Arrange the two days around that restriction. If arriving on Sunday, use the outdoor and art day first, provided your selected exhibition is open.
Day two: a short walk, then a proper break
Use the official Sports Boulevard directions for the Wadi Hanifah destination. Choose a comfortable time for the weather and a walking distance you can easily retrace. Return for lunch or a rest before your exhibition rather than assuming the entire day should be outdoors.
Book the art visit around the programme
At JAX, select a current exhibition or announced open-studio event before committing to the journey. Confirm the actual venue’s hours, last entry and ticket requirements. The district’s general visitor hours do not guarantee access to an artist’s studio.
Swap day two when it suits you
If there is no exhibition you want to see, choose a single Qiddiya park outing instead. If the weather makes walking uncomfortable, use the indoor guide and skip the outdoor leg. Arrange transport for each selected destination, including the return.
